I have had Jax and Josh in snowboarding lessons and Jordy in skiing lessons the past 3 weekends. We have had so much fun. I went up with them and would watch and tag along with them on the mountain. It was so much fun. It is so great to start new things with the boys and realize how much fun we are going to have together as they get older. I didn't have to sit and parent the whole time I actually got to enjoy their company and have fun with them. They all picked it up so quickly and are doing great. I caught up with Jax and Josh after lunch yesterday...thinking they would still be doing green runs...it's only been 3 weeks. They were going on all blue runs and down really scary slopes. I am not very good, I thought I was going to kill myself up there. It was good for me because it forced me to be brave and go for it. I did better than I thought I would. I haven't been skiing since I was a kid. Curtis and I went 2 years ago once, so this season it has been good practice to go 3 times in a row. My skills are improving but I'm going to have to get a lot better fast if I want to keep up with my boys! Jax went off a huge jump and landed it yesterday it was awesome to watch. Kids learn so fast and have no fear, if you have athletic ability that adds up to a lot of fun! I'm really proud of them! I love my boys!

I didn't know you skied, we should all go sometime. I try very hard to stay on the bunny hill with Konnor!!!
Julie, the is sooo great! It sounds like sooo much fun! It is amazing what kids are able to do, plus to have something that you can all enjoy together! Hope ur having a VERY Merry Christmas... and Feliz Natal!
I'm surprised you went skiing with them. I've heard how fast kids pick up I would think they would leave you in the dust :) Well...my kids would leave me in the dust that is for sure :)
